turst-deedGreenpoint Equity arranges Residential and Commercial Mortgages in California and looking to develop a direct relationship with Investors who can funds these loans with Private Investor's capital.

Earn 10-15% return on your money, secured by real estate with a minimum of 35% or more in protective equity. Your investment funds are secured by a First Lien Deed of Trust on a specific property and in a stable real estate markets. You have the opportunity to hand select which properties you want to fund and every transaction takes place only at bonded escrow/title company.

Our primary niche is non owner occupied REO/Rehab buyers seasoned and experienced contractors/brokers/investors who specialize in acquiring fixer properties far below market value. We also generate 1st and 2nd trust deed mortgages for long term investments.

  • High returns of at least 10% per annum
  • Secure 65% maximum loan-to-value ratios
  • You own 100% of the Note and Deed of Trust or can be fractionalized among several lenders.
  • IRA and Keogh funds are eligible to invest.
