Recommended Reserves: approximately 50% of rehab costs & six months payments.
Rehab Budget: Funds are released in two to three draws.
Loan to Value (LTV): up to 65% A.R.V. on rehab loans or ASIS value with no fund control
FICO: No minimum FICO
Rehab Timeline: 06 - 24 mo.
Underwriting and Loan Documents: $800 - 1,500
Timeline to Fund: 5 to 10 days
Lien Position 1st and 2nd max CLTV of 65%
