Online - Application (1003)
Using our online loan application is easy and secure, you can take your time and complete your application whenever it's convenient for you. You can always save your work and come back and complete it later. You can also upload and fax your documents directly to your online account associate with this application.
- Click here to create an account first if you do not already have one and please specify whether you've already dealt with a loan officer in our office from drop-down menu or choose Not yet contacted office option.
- Then choose whether you want to fill out the Full or Quick loan application. If you're using the Quick form, the application is a simple, short form. The Full form, on the other hand, steps you through filling out a complete 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application.
- You can move through the sections. If necessary, you can click Save at any time to save your work, and return later to the complete the application.
- After filling out the application, we'll explain how to upload files or fax documents to your account.
- Returning visitors can choose to either finish an existing loan application, upload documents or create a fax cover sheet which you can use to send your copies of supporting documents.
Managing Your Application
After creating an account, the Personal Loan Center allows you complete access to your loan files. You can complete a saved loan application, edit application, start a new application, view current loan status, sign disclosures and documents sent in via DirectFax or uploaded manually. All you need to do is click the Customer Login link, enter your e-mail address and your password.

- If you have an unfinished loan application, you can do so here.
- To start a new application, just click Start New Application.
- To edit the current application by clicking Edit Application.
- If you have multiple loans in-the-works, you can switch to another loan file by clicking Switch Loan Files and choosing the appropriate loan from the list that appears.
- you can check the status of your loan by reviewing the status checklist in the Loan Status tab.
Uploading Documents
If the documents you wish to associate with this application are already in an electronic format, such as a PDF file, you can quickly upload it here.
- In the Document Manager tab, click Upload in the toolbar.
- Click Browse, locate the desired file on your system, and click Open.
- Type a description for this file in the Description box, then click Upload.
Your document is added to your online application file and stored on our site, along with the application and any other supporting documents.
Managing Documents
You can view or download documents attached to your loan file by clicking the Documents tab. You simply click View to open the document. Left click on view and save file as.
DirectFax
If you have documents you can't upload them, our DirectFax technology allows you to securely attach paper documents to your loan application using any fax machine. Fax the provided cover page along with your documents to the toll free number printed on it.

- In the Document Manager tab, click DirectFax in the toolbar.
- Your site generates and displays a customized fax cover sheet. Print this document and use it to fax any documents to the toll-free number indicated.
- Or click Cancel to return to the Document Management screen.
Now, any document that is faxed to us using this cover sheet is automatically converted into an electronic file and attached to your particular loan application.
Important Instructions
"DirectFax" faxes documents directly to your application. You will be prompted to print out the DirectFax cover sheet, which must be the first page of your fax.
Fax the documents to the toll-free phone number listed on the cover sheet. These documents will be converted into an Adobe Acrobat PDF file and stored on our system.
